The Construction project

general contracting business belong to the Group's Depa-rtment of Construction Pro-ject General Contracting. It arose from the management project of the company's pr-operty investment, and grew gradually as we took on ext-ernal construction project g-eneral contracting and proj-ect management in recent y-ears.

Now we can take on differ-ent kinds of industrial or folk building projects, e.g. design / procurement / construction (EPC), and Lump Sum Turn Key/ DB / PMC etc.

We are qualified to deal with anything during the whole p-rocess of the project like pr-oject consulting, feasibility s-urvey, project design, equip-ment procurement, construc-tion management, construct-ion and trial operation (chec-k and acceptance for the co-mpletion), training, after ser-vice etc. In a word we can offer the whole process ser-vice very well.

With respect to setting up pro-

professional departments, we emph-asize strengthening the departments of contract management, project fin-ancing, layout and sales besides the normal departments of design, engi-neering, facilities installing.

For the means and flow of manage-ment, we have advanced computer systems, information file systems and modern communication and office facilities to make sales, design, pro-curement, and construction more sc-ientific and formal.
